A friendly model boat group which sails at the Heath Park Boating Lake Runcorn WA7 4PU
Wednesday and Sunday usually from 10am to around 2pm, weather permitting!

Model of the Month March 2025

Westcock

The real boat was built in Birkenhead and worked around Liverpool. This one was restored from a poor state as a covid project. It's not completely accurate to the real thing and there's nothing wrong with that. The owner and restorer of this model really enjoys the building and their skill shows. In particular, the brass cockerel on the mast is a wonderful addition.
